픽셀런: 공주의 질주1. 목적 및 동의
이 약관은 엠케이 게임 스튜디오(MK Game Studio)(이하 "운영자")이 제공하는 모바일 게임 '픽셀런: 공주의 질주'(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 운영자와 이용자 사이의 권리·의무를 정합니다. 이용자는 서비스를 설치하거나 실행함으로써 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
2. 서비스의 내용
서비스는 공주 캐릭터를 조작해 스테이지를 달리는 캐주얼 러닝 게임으로, 다음 기능을 제공합니다. 가. 스테이지 진행, 별점, 업적·일일 미션 나. 게임 내 재화(골드)와 드레스(의상) 획득·착용 다. 유료 상품(드레스, 부활 티켓) 구매 라. 전체 순위(랭킹)와 닉네임 표시 마. 계정 연결(Google, Apple)과 진행 상황 클라우드 저장 바. 게임 내 문의하기 사. 업적·순위 연동(iPhone: Game Center, Android: Google Play 게임즈) 운영자는 서비스의 내용과 구성을 개선을 위해 변경할 수 있습니다.
3. 계정
가. 서비스는 별도 회원가입 없이 게스트로 이용할 수 있으며, 이때 기기마다 익명 식별자가 만들어집니다. 나. 이용자는 설정 > 계정에서 Google 또는 Apple(iPhone) 계정을 연결할 수 있습니다. 연결하면 진행 상황(보유 부활 티켓 수 포함)이 클라우드에 저장되어 기기를 바꾸거나 앱을 다시 설치해도 이어서 할 수 있습니다. 다. 계정을 연결하지 않은 게스트의 진행 상황은 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 바꾸면 복구할 수 없습니다. 유료 드레스는 '구매 복원'으로 되찾을 수 있지만, 소모성 상품인 부활 티켓은 복원되지 않으므로 계정 연결을 권장합니다. 라. 이용자는 설정 > 계정 > 계정 삭제로 언제든지 계정과 클라우드 진행 데이터, 랭킹 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제된 데이터와 남은 부활 티켓은 복구되지 않습니다.
4. 유료 콘텐츠
가. 서비스(앱) 자체의 구매와 게임 내 유료 상품 구매는 App Store 또는 Google Play(이하 "스토어")의 결제 시스템으로 이루어집니다. 운영자는 이용자의 카드 등 결제수단 정보를 받지 않습니다. 나. 유료 드레스는 한 번 구매하면 계속 이용할 수 있는 상품(비소모성)입니다. 같은 스토어 계정이면 설정 > 구매 복원으로 다시 받을 수 있습니다. 다. 부활 티켓(2장·5장·10장)은 사용하면 없어지는 소모성 상품입니다. 스테이지를 절반 이상 달린 뒤 실패했을 때 한 판에 1장, 그 자리부터 다시 달리는 데 쓸 수 있습니다. 사용한 티켓은 되돌릴 수 없고, 구매 복원 대상이 아닙니다. 보유 수량은 게임 진행 데이터로 저장됩니다(3조 참고). 라. 골드는 게임 플레이로만 얻는 게임 내 재화로, 현금으로 바꾸거나 환불·양도할 수 없습니다.
5. 청약철회 및 환불
가. 유료 상품은 구매 즉시 제공되어 사용이 시작되는 디지털 콘텐츠이므로, 관계 법령에 따라 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다. 다만 아직 사용하지 않은 부활 티켓 등은 관계 법령과 스토어 정책에 따라 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 구매 화면에 가격과 내용을 표시해 이를 미리 알립니다. 나. 환불은 결제가 이루어진 스토어의 정책과 절차에 따릅니다. App Store 는 Apple 의 '문제 신고'(reportaproblem.apple.com), Google Play 는 Google Play 의 주문 내역에서 요청할 수 있습니다. 다. 환불이 이루어진 상품은 회수됩니다(드레스 이용 중지, 부활 티켓 차감). 라. 상품에 결함이 있어 정상적으로 이용할 수 없는 경우에는 문의처로 알려 주시면 확인 후 복구 또는 환불 안내를 해 드립니다. 마. 미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제한 경우, 본인 또는 법정대리인은 관계 법령에 따라 그 결제를 취소할 수 있습니다.
6. 랭킹과 닉네임
가. 이용자의 닉네임, 점수, 착용 드레스는 다른 이용자에게 전체 순위로 공개됩니다. 나. 욕설, 혐오·음란 표현, 타인 사칭, 개인정보가 들어간 닉네임은 쓸 수 없습니다. 운영자는 이런 닉네임이나 비정상적인 방법으로 얻은 기록을 예고 없이 수정·삭제할 수 있습니다. 다. 이용자는 다른 이용자의 닉네임을 신고하거나 자신의 화면에서 숨길 수 있습니다.
7. 금지 행위
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다. 가. 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위 나. 매크로, 봇 등 자동화 프로그램이나 비인가 도구를 쓰는 행위 다. 앱이나 게임 데이터, 결제 정보를 변조·조작하는 행위 라. 버그를 악용해 재화·기록을 얻는 행위 마. 서비스의 저작물을 운영자 동의 없이 복제·배포·상업적으로 이용하는 행위 바. 관계 법령이나 이 약관에 어긋나는 행위 이를 어긴 경우 운영자는 해당 기록·재화를 회수하거나 랭킹 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 플레이 기록을 점검해 근거 없는 점수·재화 변화가 확인되면 먼저 랭킹 표시에서 제외하고, 위반이 명백하거나 반복되면 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 이의가 있으면 문의처로 알려 주시면 기록을 다시 확인합니다.
8. 지식재산권
서비스에 포함된 그래픽, 캐릭터, 음악, 효과음, 텍스트, 프로그램 등에 대한 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.
9. 서비스의 변경 및 종료
운영자는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 종료할 수 있습니다. 서비스를 종료할 때는 종료일 30일 전까지 앱 안에서 알립니다. 유료 콘텐츠의 처리는 관계 법령과 스토어 정책을 따릅니다.
10. 책임의 제한
운영자는 천재지변, 이용자의 귀책사유, 기기·통신 환경 등 운영자가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 생긴 이용 장애에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 그러하지 않습니다.
11. 약관의 변경
운영자는 관계 법령에 어긋나지 않는 범위에서 이 약관을 바꿀 수 있으며, 시행일 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)까지 앱 안에서 알립니다. 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
12. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 분쟁이 생기면 먼저 문의처를 통해 원만히 해결하도록 노력하며, 소송은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

PixelRun: Running Princess1. Purpose and Agreement
These Terms set out the conditions for using the mobile game 'PixelRun: Running Princess' (the "Service") provided by MK Game Studio (the "Operator"), and the rights and obligations of the Operator and users. By installing or running the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
The Service is a casual running game in which you guide a princess through stages. It offers: a. Stages, star ratings, achievements and daily missions b. In-game currency (gold) and dresses to earn and wear c. Paid items (dresses, Revive Tickets) d. A global leaderboard showing nicknames e. Account linking (Google, Apple) and cloud saves f. In-game contact form g. Achievements and leaderboards on Game Center (iPhone) and Google Play Games (Android) The Operator may change the content and features of the Service to improve it.
3. Accounts
a. You can play as a guest without signing up; an anonymous identifier is created for your device. b. You can link a Google or Apple (iPhone) account in Settings > Account. Linked progress (including Revive Tickets held) is saved to the cloud so you can continue on a new device or after reinstalling. c. A guest's progress cannot be recovered after the app is deleted or the device is changed. Paid dresses can be recovered with Restore Purchases, but Revive Tickets are consumable and are not restored, so linking an account is recommended. d. You can delete your account, cloud progress and leaderboard record at any time in Settings > Account > Delete Account. Deleted data and any remaining Revive Tickets cannot be recovered.
4. Paid Content
a. The purchase of the app itself and of in-game paid items is processed by the App Store or Google Play (the "Store"). The Operator never receives your card or other payment details. b. Paid dresses are non-consumable: yours to keep once bought, and restorable on the same Store account via Settings > Restore Purchases. c. Revive Tickets (packs of 2, 5 and 10) are consumable. After failing past the halfway point of a stage you can use one per run to keep running from where you fell. Used tickets cannot be returned and are not restored. The number held is saved with your game progress (see section 3). d. Gold is earned only by playing. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded or transferred.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
a. Paid items are digital content delivered and usable immediately upon purchase, so the right of withdrawal may be limited under applicable law. Unused Revive Tickets and similar items may still be refunded under applicable law and Store policy. Prices and contents are shown on the purchase screen beforehand. b. Refunds follow the policy of the Store you paid through: App Store via Apple's Report a Problem (reportaproblem.apple.com), Google Play via your Google Play order history. c. Refunded items are revoked (the dress is removed, Revive Tickets are deducted). d. If an item is defective and cannot be used, contact us and we will restore it or guide you through a refund. e. Where a minor pays without a legal guardian's consent, the minor or guardian may cancel the payment as provided by applicable law.
6. Leaderboard and Nicknames
a. Your nickname, score and worn dress are shown to other users on the leaderboard. b. Nicknames containing profanity, hate or sexual content, impersonation or personal information are not allowed. The Operator may change or remove such nicknames, or records obtained by abnormal means, without notice. c. You can report another user's nickname or hide it on your screen.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not: a. Interfere with the normal operation of the Service b. Use macros, bots or other unauthorized tools c. Modify or tamper with the app, game data or payment information d. Exploit bugs to obtain currency or records e. Copy, distribute or commercially use the Service's content without the Operator's consent f. Violate applicable law or these Terms In such cases the Operator may revoke the related records or currency, or restrict leaderboard use. The Operator reviews play records; scores or currency that the records do not support are first removed from the leaderboard, and clear or repeated violations may lead to restricted use of the Service. If you disagree, contact us and we will re-check the records.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in the graphics, characters, music, sound effects, text and software of the Service belong to the Operator or the rightful owners.
9. Changes to and End of the Service
The Operator may change or end all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. If the Service is ended, notice will be given in the app at least 30 days in advance. Paid content will be handled according to applicable law and Store policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Operator is not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, the user's own fault, or device or network conditions, except for damage caused by the Operator's intent or gross negligence.
11. Changes to These Terms
The Operator may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law and will announce changes in the app at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to users). Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the amended Terms.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably through the contact below; lawsuits shall be filed with the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

本規約は、MK Game Studio(엠케이 게임 스튜디오)(以下「運営者」)が提供するモバイルゲーム「ピクセルラン：はしるおひめさま」(以下「本サービス」)の利用条件と、運営者と利用者の権利・義務を定めるものです。利用者は本サービスをインストールまたは起動することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
2. 本サービスの内容
本サービスは、お姫様を操作してステージを走り抜けるカジュアルランゲームで、次の機能を提供します。 ア. ステージ進行、星評価、実績・デイリーミッション イ. ゲーム内通貨(ゴールド)とドレスの獲得・着用 ウ. 有料アイテム(ドレス、復活チケット)の購入 エ. ニックネームを表示する全体ランキング オ. アカウント連携(Google、Apple)とクラウド保存 カ. ゲーム内お問い合わせ キ. 実績・ランキング連携(iPhone:Game Center、Android:Google Play ゲーム) 運営者は改善のため、本サービスの内容や構成を変更することがあります。
3. アカウント
ア. 本サービスは会員登録なしにゲストとして利用でき、端末ごとに匿名の識別子が作成されます。 イ. 設定 > アカウントでGoogleまたはApple(iPhone)アカウントを連携できます。連携すると進行状況(所持している復活チケットの数を含む)がクラウドに保存され、機種変更や再インストール後も続きから遊べます。 ウ. 連携していないゲストの進行状況は、アプリ削除や機種変更後に復元できません。有料ドレスは「購入を復元」で取り戻せますが、消耗型の復活チケットは復元されないため、アカウント連携をおすすめします。 エ. 設定 > アカウント > アカウント削除で、いつでもアカウント、クラウドの進行データ、ランキング記録を削除できます。削除したデータと残りの復活チケットは復元できません。
4. 有料コンテンツ
ア. アプリ本体の購入とゲーム内の有料アイテムの購入は、App StoreまたはGoogle Play(以下「ストア」)の決済で行われます。運営者がカード情報等の決済手段情報を受け取ることはありません。 イ. 有料ドレスは一度購入すれば継続して利用できる非消耗型の商品で、同じストアアカウントであれば設定 > 購入を復元で再取得できます。 ウ. 復活チケット(2枚・5枚・10枚)は使うとなくなる消耗型の商品です。ステージの半分以上を走ったあとに失敗したとき、1プレイにつき1枚、その場から走り直すのに使えます。使用したチケットは戻せず、購入の復元の対象外です。所持数はゲームの進行データとして保存されます(第3条参照)。 エ. ゴールドはプレイでのみ得られるゲーム内通貨で、換金・返金・譲渡はできません。
5. 申込みの撤回および返金
ア. 有料アイテムは購入後すぐに提供・利用が開始されるデジタルコンテンツのため、関係法令により申込みの撤回が制限される場合があります。ただし未使用の復活チケット等は、関係法令とストアのポリシーに基づき返金を申請できます。価格と内容は購入画面にあらかじめ表示します。 イ. 返金は、決済したストアのポリシーに従います。App StoreはAppleの「問題を報告する」(reportaproblem.apple.com)、Google PlayはGoogle Playの注文履歴から申請できます。 ウ. 返金されたアイテムは回収されます(ドレスの利用停止、復活チケットの差し引き)。 エ. アイテムの不具合で正常に利用できない場合は、お問い合わせ先にご連絡ください。確認のうえ復旧または返金のご案内をします。 オ. 未成年者が法定代理人の同意なく決済した場合、本人または法定代理人は関係法令に基づきその決済を取り消すことができます。
6. ランキングとニックネーム
ア. ニックネーム、スコア、着用ドレスは全体ランキングとして他の利用者に公開されます。 イ. 暴言、差別的・わいせつな表現、なりすまし、個人情報を含むニックネームは使用できません。運営者はこうしたニックネームや不正な方法で得た記録を予告なく変更・削除できます。 ウ. 他の利用者のニックネームを通報したり、自分の画面で非表示にしたりできます。
7. 禁止行為
利用者は次の行為をしてはなりません。 ア. 本サービスの正常な運営を妨げる行為 イ. マクロ、ボット等の自動化プログラムや非公認ツールの使用 ウ. アプリ、ゲームデータ、決済情報の改ざん エ. バグを悪用して通貨や記録を得る行為 オ. 運営者の同意なく本サービスの著作物を複製・配布・商用利用する行為 カ. 法令や本規約に反する行為 違反があった場合、運営者は該当する記録・通貨の回収やランキング利用の制限を行うことがあります。運営者はプレイ記録を点検し、根拠のないスコア・通貨の変化を確認した場合はまずランキング表示から除外し、違反が明白または繰り返される場合は本サービスの利用を制限することがあります。異議がある場合はお問い合わせ先にご連絡いただければ記録を再確認します。
8. 知的財産権
本サービスのグラフィック、キャラクター、音楽、効果音、テキスト、プログラム等の権利は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
9. サービスの変更および終了
運営者は運営上・技術上の必要により、本サービスの全部または一部を変更・終了することがあります。終了する場合は30日前までにアプリ内でお知らせします。有料コンテンツの取扱いは関係法令とストアのポリシーに従います。
10. 責任の制限
運営者は、天災、利用者の責に帰すべき事由、端末・通信環境など運営者が管理できない事由による利用障害について責任を負いません。ただし、運営者の故意または重大な過失による損害はこの限りではありません。
11. 規約の変更
運営者は法令に反しない範囲で本規約を変更でき、施行日の7日前(利用者に不利な変更は30日前)までにアプリ内でお知らせします。変更後も本サービスを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
12. 準拠法および紛争解決
本規約は大韓民国の法律に準拠します。紛争が生じた場合はまずお問い合わせ先を通じて円満な解決に努め、訴訟は大韓民国民事訴訟法に基づく管轄裁判所に提起するものとします。
